The Humanitarian Response and Transition to Localisation project aimed specifically to transition the project lead role from Trócaire to Karuna Mission Social Solidarity (KMSS). KMSS and Trócaire , in partnership with the Humanitarian Advisory Group (HAG) conducted a research to document this transition to localisation process, and identify lessons learned.
This report, the third and last one in a series, reflects on the localisation process and how COVID-19 challenged the partners and affected project implementation.
